Groundwork Events Co. was formed with a clear understanding: meaningful impact doesn’t happen from a distance. It happens on the ground - in neighborhoods, at community gatherings, and through consistent, in-person engagement. Based in Birmingham, our work began by supporting nonprofit organizations that were deeply committed to their missions but needed stronger operational support to reach the people they serve.

Our early efforts focused on showing up where it mattered most. Side by side with nonprofit partners, our teams supported local events and community initiatives, helping ensure each interaction was organized, respectful, and mission-aligned. Those early experiences shaped how we operate today — prioritizing preparation, professionalism, and genuine connection over volume or visibility for its own sake.

As our partnerships grew, so did our structure. What started as a small, hands-on effort developed into a coordinated events group supporting nonprofit initiatives across multiple communities. Through consistent presence and reliable execution, we’ve helped partners strengthen donor enrollment, improve campaign flow, and build lasting relationships within the communities they serve.

Today, Groundwork Events Co. continues to support charitable missions through in-person events and community campaigns designed to inform, engage, and connect.
